Nutex Health faces a class action lawsuit filed on August 22, 2025, with shareholders alleging they purchased NUTX stock at artificially inflated prices between August 8, 2024, and August 14, 2025. Plaintiffs seek compensation for financial losses tied to the company's purported misleading claims and weak internal controls.

The healthcare services provider operates through two divisions: a Hospital Division focused on micro-hospitals and specialty care, and a Population Health Management Division overseeing physician networks. The lawsuit targets Nutex and three senior executives, accusing them of disseminating false information that allegedly distorted the stock's valuation.
